While the fact that foreclosures have skyrocketed in the past few years is detrimental to the individuals who have lost their homes because of the mortgage crisis, it is good news for people who want to buy homes at low prices. The reason for the mortgage crisis is due to incredibly high interest rates on adjustable mortgages.
