Groucho Marx’s (1890-1977) past Spanish-style Beverly Hills home is now listed at $6,995,000 according to the MLS.

The 2-story home is approximately 6,000 square feet along with a little more than an acre of land. It has a beautiful lawn along with nice swimming pool. It has 8 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths.
Marx made 26 movies, half of them with his brothers Chico and Harpo. He was known for his funny greasepaint mustache and eyebrows with a cigar almost always in his mouth. He also worked as a radio comedian and hosted the program “You Bet Your Life”. He died at the age of 86.

Somewhere that you have probably heard of that is located in Los Angeles County is Beverly Hills. It was helped make popular by the television show Beverly Hills 90210. This was not the origination of its popularity though. The area is most well known for being the absolute best p[lace to live residentially along with being where you can find some of the most immaculate homes in both decor and size as well. It boasts the title of being the place where the most expensive housing is found. It is also where many celebrities can be found on a daily basis with the first famous ones in the area being both Will Rogers and Douglas Fairbanks. From here on out, the celebrity presence just escalated.
