Mark Snow is well known for composing the theme music for X-Files. He has decided to place his Venice home on the market for $1,899,000. He had originally purchased the house of $2.2 million in 2007 public records show.
The house had been custom built and is a Cape Cod inspired home. It is 2,860 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths.
Snow has composed various scores, including the score for the TV movie Dirty Pictures along with composing for One Tree Hill and Smallville. He has also enjoyed composing music for video games such as Giants: Citizen Kabuto, Dark Mirror and Syphon Filter and the computer game Urban Assault. He is very well regarded with his nominations for nineteen Emmy Awards.
