Step 2 – Pre-Qualify for a Loan
We would like you to know the price of house you can afford. Obtain a pre-qualification letter from your favorite lender, or ask us for a reference to one of our highly recommended loan agents. Once pre-qualified, you are ready to make offers that are taken seriously by the sellers. The sellers know that you’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure them that you are able to finance the home.
Step 3 – Search for Homes
Search the most extensive LA MLS service on our site. Simply click here. This is our advanced search page that has the most search capabilities of any site on the web. In fact, this is similar to what most realtors use in their back-office to perform comprehensive searches. For example, you can search for a home with a golf course view on one acre, located in ABC Unified School District.
Step 4 – Home Tours
Contact us so we can set up an appointment with a top-ranked agent to tour the homes you desire to view. The loan pre-qualification letter will be required for all home tours.
For all new home tours, your agent must accompany you the first time you visit the project in order to receive your rebate.
Step 5 – Make An Offer
You will receive a report of the sales comparables for similar houses in the neighborhood you’re interested in. Your agent will submit your offer and negotiate on your behalf. Remember, our agents are the top 2-5% ranked agents so rest assured their negotiating techniques are top-notch. Once the offer has been accepted, your Los Angeles real estate agent will take you through the entire escrow process and close the deal.
